Adama Kargbo
Project Assistant - S.L Office
Adama Kargbo has over five years of experience in program coordination and non-profit project development. Her experience as a Social Mobilizer for the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Network (WASH-Net) ignited her advocacy for the facilitation of water sanitation and hygiene programs as well as adequate sensitization on covid-19 prevention measures in Sierra Leone. This experience equipped her to contribute to creating the necessary impact of the project for the development of deprived and underserved communities in Freetown.
In her continued interest to serve underserved communities, she honed her programmatic expertise as a coordinating assistant for a water catchment assessment project fully funded by Water Aid.
Furthermore, during the mudslide in Freetown on the 14th of August 2017, she worked with the Street Child Organization on a three-month project where she was responsible for distributing necessary items to victims who had suffered the unfortunate incident.
Adama holds a Degree in Social Work from Milton Margai Technical University. In her quest to continue building her professional career, she displays a high level of commitment and is passionate about achieving set goals and targets— thereby meeting deadlines for all roles assigned to her.
