Elizabeth M'balu Oke

A Strategic Brand Marketing and Communications Consultant with over a decade of experience partnering with U.S. and international Communications Directors and Program Managers to connect with their stakeholders. As a Sierra Leonean-American, she believes in the power of storytelling to connect entities with their audiences, human-to-human.

Elizabeth knows what truly engages audiences on a personal level, increases donor and stakeholder buy-in, and sparks behavioral change—and it’s not mastering the marketing flavor of the week. It’s how well you connect with the people you’re trying to serve and communicate your understanding of their needs.

Her experience with the European Union Delegation to Sierra Leone, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), International Rescue Committee (IRC), Georgia Center for Diabetes Translation Research, in addition to over a dozen consultancy roles, has helped Elizabeth deeply understand the challenges and opportunities with resonating with stakeholders in a way that is real, recognizable, and relatable.

As a creative strategist and content creator for over seven years, she is also well versed in Adobe InDesign and Spark, digital analytics, storytelling, social media management, and website design and development.
