We put our efforts where our hearts are, providing real-career experience for young professionals in our communities.

About YMPP

PivotPath’s YMPP (Young Marketing Professionals Pathways) internship program provides students interested in the world of marketing a chance to hone and develop skills while gaining a real-world, workplace experience.

Our program offers a diverse range of hands-on experiences geared towards a career in marketing with the objective of meeting your academic and professional goals. Carefully matching you with the position that aligns with your pathway, setting the tone for your future career.

Our program focuses on setting, developing, and meeting the professional and academic goals of the participating students. With fully remote capabilities, we provide interns from around the world with hands-on experience that will equip them with valuable tools and skills as they prepare for their professional journeys.

By focusing on each students’ specific goals, we will help them find a pathway that drives their passion for marketing. Through the semester, each student will gain applicable marketing agency experience, from developing strategies and curating content to marketing analytics and social media management. We welcome creativity and content that is real, recognizable, and relatable.

Our YMPP program offers the following internships opportunities:

Market Research | Copywriting & Content Marketing | Graphic Design | Website Design & Development

PivotPath's imPact Program

Our YMPP interns will receive applicable experience in the fundamentals of marketing- from strategy to content creation. They also have the opportunity to participate in an imPact program project.

Our imPact program covers our core values, and is truly driven by our passion. A passion to give back, to help, and to be a part of something bigger than ourselves.

Each year we take on two projects that will IMPACT our communities.

In the past, we have provided food donations for food banks, provided coats for children in need, and provided employment opportunities in young adults in underdeveloped countries

January 2021 - MLK DAY
“Every day, including today, is a day to serve others. Each year as a child, my family and I would collect canned goods, clothing, shoes, toiletries, and other essentials and give them to those within our local community as well as the communities in Sierra Leone. Today, the tradition lives on with our children. Serving others builds character, fuels a sense of community, and reminds us all that we are each other’s keepers. May this be a day of family, community, and giving!”
– Elizabeth M’balu Oke, President of PivotPath
May 2021 - DOMESTI-PUPS
What do you do in the midst of a pandemic when people aren’t doing in-person events? You get creative. Our YMPP created a virtual mystery fundraiser to help Domesti-PUPS, a Nebraska nonprofit that provides therapy and service dogs for children. The team started with a script and a cast of characters. Bring in voiceovers, graphics, and animation to create video segments to help the audience solve the crime. This project was fun to produce and present! And best of all it raises money and awareness for a good cause. Kids and dogs—you can’t go wrong!
